Circular

End of Term 1 Circular 2012

Dear Parent / Guardian,
I greet you on behalf of the entire community of St. James primary and nursery school. Please accept our gratitude and appreciation for the effort you render in order to support the school in all aspects which has enabled us to complete the
term successfully.

Achievements
Learning has been efficiently conducted in order to benefit the pupils.
  •   We have also spiced the learning frame-work through training volley ball, netball and football in order to cater for individual talents
  • This term our pupils managed to compete in a cool volleyball tournament and
  • the school was rewarded a certificate plus two balls.
  • We also conducted inter family competition in Games and sports where Kilimanjaro family emerged the winner. While as the Rwenzori enjoyed their
  • party so as a school we thank the biological parents of Rwenzori pupils who contributed towards the call.

Challenges
Some parents have neglected the need to buy the sports wear for their pupils
which also help us as to maintain cleanliness as they keep on alternating the uniforms.

  1. Failure to pay the school fees from bank and also in time has greatly  hindered the school developments.
  2.  Some parents have also ignored the need to avail their pupils with some text books.
  3. Please avail your son/ daughter with necessary text books plus the essential requirements.
